About Me
Hi, my name is Mary Lacy Rieke, and I am a May 2026 graduate of the University of Georgia, where I am earning a degree in Advertising from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Throughout my time at UGA, I have developed a strong passion for storytelling, design, and creating meaningful connections between brands and people through thoughtful, creative work.

I have gained hands-on experience in public relations, social media, and content creation through both academic and professional opportunities. Most recently, I interned with See.Spark.Go, where I supported press materials, assisted with campaign planning, and conducted media monitoring. This experience strengthened my understanding of strategic communication and reinforced my interest in collaborative,
idea-driven environments.

Beyond the classroom, I am the founder of my own e-commerce brand, which has allowed me to blend creativity with entrepreneurship. Running my own business has given me experience in branding, design, marketing strategy, and client communication, while also teaching me the importance of adaptability, problem-solving, and consistent storytelling across platforms.

This portfolio showcases a collection of my creative and academic work, including class projects, professional experiences, and passion pieces that reflect my growth as a communicator and designer. As I prepare to transition into a
full-time, year-round role, I am seeking an opportunity in Jackson, Wyoming, where I can continue learning, growing, and contributing to a collaborative team that values creativity and curiosity.

Outside of work and school, you can usually find me spending time with friends and family, playing card games or Mahjong, or going on long walks with friends and my dog, Riley. I have two siblings and love road trips, exploring National Parks, cheering on college football, listening to country music and live shows, and finding a great cup of coffee. Thank you for taking the time to explore my work! I would love to connect! Go Dawgs!
